Functional Areas

  1. Institutionalization of Best Practices in Academics and other administrative activities.
  2. Generating guidelines in order to make institution adheres to the established regulatory framework of affiliating and statutory bodies like Biju Patnaik University of Technology(BPUT), All India Council of Technical Education(AICTE), University Grant Commission(UGC).
  3. Providing quality services and products to all the stakeholders through an array of quality initiatives and best practices.
  4. Devising future plan of actions in order to cater to the need of the institution's future perspective vis-a-vis industry and societal requirements.
  5. Developing a balanced and sustainable ecosystem for the implementation of scientifically designed modern methods of the teaching-learning process.
  6. Coordinate and synchronizes both administrative and academic activities of the institution through a set of well-devised policy documents.
  7. Prepare, documents, and provides compliance reports for the necessary consumptions of various statutory bodies like AICTE, UGC, NBA, BPUT, etc. Also acts as a central monitoring cell for documenting and maintaining various quality activities organized by the institution.
  8. Gauging the progress and taking the stock of both administrative and academic activities of the institution through a systematically designed process flow and various benchmark standards.
  9. Monitors the health of functional units of the institution through a periodical feedback process and suggests remedial or corrective measures after conducting a thorough analysis of the same.
  10. Spearheads the activities associated with different cells and committees such as R&D Cell, ED Cell, Anti-Ragging Cell, Grievance Redressal Cell, etc.
